I once went to adilabad in part of my teaching programme for degree students in remote areas of kanapur ,adilabad,I just could not believe and felt really sad about what they are going to be after they have completed their studies because the standards of the education is really terrible, though there were some schools and colleges but they were not enough, and they were sub standard.I felt bad about what they are going to become after they had completed their education ,they definitely could not compete the fast generation people and what about their job opportunities, even though they have degree with them what will be the use,if they do not what is the situation outside ,I felt that there should be some organization were it makes the students competent enough and provide them employment opportunities, they definitely need some help from us,so that they can support their families and have a brighter future, and they should be made to contribute for the other people living in those areas.

Hi.
I m santosh.
Nice thought but i rather suggest that it will be always better if we do things by ourselves than depending on others. Now a days everyone is just going beyond competition, ranks, s/w jobs etc but i dont feel that is the correct solution. As you said that there are no opportunities in that area, it is related to govt as we cant provide jobs but the NGO's like us can educate and train them according to their strength and knowledge and make them able to work and stand on their own legs. So, from my point of view vocational courses would be best for them rather than going for competitive s/w courses.
